Rachel Everitt

Rachel Everitt

Growing up somewhere over the rainbow of a small town in Kansas, there wasn’t a whole lot for young Rachel Everitt to do but play outdoors and get exercise. She brought that love with her to the University of Pittsburgh State in pursuit of a chemistry degree and began working out at the gym. While there, Rachel became a cross-fit enthusiast and pursued a career as a personal trainer. She obtained certifications in group exercise and currently holds ACE and AFAA certifications.

When Rachel is not working out with Boot Camp Nation participants, she’s usually spending time with her 11 year old son Elias, playing video games or teaching him to play guitar. Rachel’s son is the center of her world, keeping her busy whenever she’s not working.

Rachel’s key to her success is the enjoyment of seeing her clients’ happiness, journeys and success milestones.

“I love to take the journey with my clients as they fight to reach their goals. I am there every step of the way.”

Elliott Baugh

Elliot Baugh

Born in Griffin, Georgia – it wasn’t long before Elliott Baugh’sparents moved to Fayetteville, North Carolina – where his life’s roots began to shape. It was there in Fayetteville that Elliott’s high school years truly kicked off what was to be a true athletic ability. As many young men were, Elliott was a huge football (Tar Heels and Dallas Cowboys) fan throughout youth; hence running guys down on the field was a favorite pastime. His high school years were also spent on wrestling mats, perfecting the rear naked choke in the art of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. It was during that period when Elliott began to study and understand exercise physiology, which was the first real hint of his future career as a personal trainer.

Elliott attended High Point University, where he studied Sports Marketing and earned a NASM certification as a personal trainer. From there, he was propelled into both a new career in fitness and a new career as a Dad. Both careers presented their own set of challenges. Since Elliott has always been a man of challenges since childhood, he prides himself in his perseverance and beliefs. “Life is not guaranteed, so I believe you have to give your body every advantage you can by being fit. My philosophy is;

"No matter how hard things may be, just keep going. We’ll get there together.’”
